Gray: This was very easy and delicious.  It was a bit messy though, as you can see from the picture.  I baked this in a pyrex dish, so cleanup was easy, but using foil as the recipe suggested is a good idea. The flavor was good without overpowering the salmon.  I want to thank our friends Eric and Lisa who sent us this cookbook as a gift this Christmas.  We wanted to make something that reminded us of Oregon, and nothing seemed more appropriate.  Thanks and enjoy!

Katie: This salmon was delicious! I did not realize how much I liked salmon until we started cooking more kinds of foods. This recipe resulted in nice, flaky salmon. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
